Return Policy
Due to the nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns on custom products unless there is an erroron our part. In this case, we will offer a replacement. Once a personalized order is in production,the order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Policy
We offer one of the fastest handling times in the industry. Once shipped we are NOT responsible for lost, late,stolen or misdirected mail. It is the customers responsibility that the shipping address provided is accurate and the destination is secure. Most orders will arrive within 3-10 business days from time of delivery. This is an estimated average provided to us by the United States Postal Service and is no guarantee. You always have the option of upgrading your shipping to UPS next day or UPS 2 Day. We do not guarantee shipping services and do not issue refunds due to shipping delays.
Credit Card Authorization
By placing your order, you are authorizing AmericanDogTag.com to charge your credit card for the merchandise you have selected. You also state that you are the legal account holder of the credit card used. American Dog Tag is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party period.
